Kyle's Keys To New Years Eve Weekend

We're back! Another week down the drain but more importantly another year down the drain. Absolutely bananaland that it's gonna be 2018. That's a DECADE after 2008 for anyone counting. Incredible. 10 years ago this time I was stuffing a cooler in my locker filled with Sunny D and Pepsi calling it a mini fridge and now I'm slinging spreadsheets. What a ride! Anyways, let's see what we got for this week's keys to the weekend, for a very special New Year's Eve weekend:

1. Goals

It's a fresh year baby! That means it's a fresh start to come up with some goals that you'll forget about come February. Hit the gym, save some money, eat more 10 outta 10 ragoons, whatever your goals may be, it's that time of year again to hit the restart button and gas up your ambition tank, we got 365 days ahead of us to hopefully get better but most likely stay the same. Or get worse. 365 day is a long time who knows what will happen in that time!

Fun Fact of the day: if you set your goals to be super attainable, you'll have a more successful year. Don't dream of the BMW, dream of the Toyota Carolla, cmon gang let's be practical!

2. Regrets!

You can't ring in a new year without looking back on the past year and reflecting on everything you should have done but missed! That's what makes setting goals so great because when you actually achieve one it's unbelievable. Even though you say you're gonna lose 15 pounds no one actually thinks you're gonna or actually holds you accountable. So when you show up to the Vineyard for MDW 2K18 and are a lean, mean, ragoon machine, you can tell all the h8rs to shove it.

However for every goal you do hit, there's at least 10 other that never happened. So as we launch into 2018 let's all reflect on what could have been, not only in 2017, but in your entire life. Let's reflect on all the wrong decisions you've ever had and all the regrets you've ever had that led you to be staring at a computer screen for 40 hours a week!

3. A Fancy Hat

It's New Year's Eve. Everyone's gonna be dressing up all fancy shmancy looking hot ass. Make sure you have a killer cap to cover up your bald head in all those pics that are headed straight to Facebook. Well maybe that's just me. But if you're rolling with the Follically Challenged Fellas, make sure you got something to cover up that pasty dome of yours. But for the rest of the gang, make sure the hairs on point and you wear something you like. Doesn't haveta be super fancy or dressy, just make sure you throw on something you think you look hot ass in. Because we all know every chick and their mother is gonna be looking for pics from NYE 2K17 ( or 2K18, not totally sure what it falls under) so we wanna make sure we're looking good, however that may be in your mind. Personally I think it's a purple wind pants night but that's just me.

Also, last night I bought an unreal leather fedora from a nice young man in Chinese Town's pop up shop. 13 bucks, absolute steal. Who has 2 thumbs and is the best dressed guy at the party?
