We're Making Strides, Kix Hired an Intern

Look out Keno Radio, there’s a new kid in town. I hate lengthy introductions so I’ll keep this short and sweet. My name is Pat O’Hearne and I am from Hingham, Massachusetts. I graduated from BC High in 2013 and am a senior Sports Studies major at John Carroll University in Cleveland. I played two years of college football and now I am a broadcaster for football, basketball and baseball. The majority of my entries/podcasts will be about the biggest stories in sports and anything that has to do with Boston’s sports teams as well as Sunday night HBO series wrap ups that leave people’s minds in a pretzel.

I’m kind of what you call an “expert” when it comes to Braveheart quotes, Game of Thrones and sports hot takes so hit me on twitter if you’re looking to either talk trash or try and talk some sense into me @OHearne_5

But in all seriousness, I’m pumped to be a part of the team and I can’t wait to start cranking out content. Go Pats.

Kix Note: Turns out Barstool Idol wasn't a total waste of time, my boy Pat O'Hearne saw me on it last week and thought "wow this kid is devilishly handsome and hella talented, I need to work for him" (or more likely "wow this kid is a dink and needs some actual journalistic ability on KR"). But anyways like he said, Pat's joining the squad, I'm stoked about it and you should be too. Now lets have some fun
