Auston Matthews Is the Latest Culprit To Not Follow the Golden Rule

As you've probably seen or heard by now Auston Matthews just made history by scoring 4 goals in his NHL debut. Ridiculous. Stupid. Kid is too good, needs to play in a better league. Between him, McDavid, and Eichel when he gets healthy we got a real nice crop of young talent in the show that should show some excitement for years to come.
HOWEVER, my man Auston Matthews committed a Keno Radio cardinal sin. He just set the bar WAY too high for himself. The one thing we preach hear at Keno Radio is Low Bar, High Potential. Set the bar low so nobody expects too much out of you and never use your full potential, so when you end up sucking you always have a cop out that you can be better. Matthews was an absolute DINK tonight and set the bar RIDICULOUSLY high for himself. 4 goals. FOUR! In his first game ever! Know how many goals he has to score now to keep up with this pace? Like a million! Take it from me, ya boy buried 2 ginos in my first varsity game versus defending Super 8 champ and #1 Malden Catholic (nbd but kbd) Scored 2 more goals the rest of the season. Was the season a disappointment? You could say that, but I only have myself to blame. If Matthews doesn't score like 100 goals a year now he's gonna go down as a bust and that's just a damn shame. Low bar, high potential the key to happiness/mediocrity.
Also on the real though, kids gonna be a stud, size, awareness, speed, skill, hands, shot, you name it he can do it. Guarantee he breaks Teemu's rookie scoring record.
